Staying silent equates to consent and we do not consent to racism, racial injustice nor police brutality.
As medical care providers we took the hippocratic oath to do no harm and by staying silent we would be doing exactly that.
We are committed to our Black and brown team members, guests, partners, communities, and anyone affected by constant, pervasive racism and inequality.
We stand with you. We support you. We are here for you.
We must treat each other with respect, kindness and compassion.
We know this is just the tip of the iceberg, and a simple statement isn’t enough.
We commit to listening.

We commit to getting more involved.
