Here at Eastern Acupuncture And Wellness, we value your health and safety above all and we want to keep you informed on the COVID-19 safety measures we are taking here at the office.
The office is open for Acupuncture, Primary Care, Medical Massage, and Manual Therapy. We have a strict protocol in compliance with CDC Guidelines to ensure office safety. Although the State of Florida has reopened many businesses to full capacity, we are maintaining our in-office protocol, and masks are required for all staff and patients.

A staff member will provide sanitizer for your hands before entry.
We will escort you directly to your treatment room.
We will use a QR code to complete the check-in process
A staff member will ask you if you like tea or water and bring it to you.
A staff member will escort you to the bathroom and will sanitize after every use

We feel that the best way to serve you in light of Covid-19 is to closely follow the guidelines set by the United States Department of Health, Center for Disease Control and Prevention and our state and health officials.
If you’re not able to come for our in-house treatments, we will continue to optimize your wellness by offering telemedicine sessions with our practitioners via phone and video chat.
We will continue to maintain your wellness by offering Herbal and Functional Medicine Telemedicine consults by phone or video chat. Telemedicine refers to a video visit with a remotely located care provider (such as our Physicians) over a secure connection. The patient uses a website link or an app to connect.
To utilize our telemedicine appointments, you will need the Lifesize app, available for free. Lifesize is an encrypted application that allows you to video chat straight from your phone or computer. This will allow you to have one-on-one virtual consultations with our physicians from the safety of your home!
As a way to show our appreciation for those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, Telemedicine consultations are free for emergency healthcare workers with proof of hospital employment.
